  • Determining your budget is crucial when selecting a photographer. I understand that everyone has a budget, and that my packages may not always match it. On average, our clients spend $350 for their personalized experience with Decker Photography. I aim to offer affordable services while maintaining professional standards and providing premium products. My commitment to quality service ensures that you will receive exceptional results. Payment plans are always welcome to be utilized and are highly encouraged, please be sure to request this option.

  • To ensure my clients receive my full attention and avoid scheduling conflicts, I do not provide refunds on retainers. The retainer secures a specific date and time for the client and serves as a precaution against no-shows or last-minute cancellations. By declining other potential bookings during that time, I prioritize my clients' needs. The retainer is a safeguard for both parties.

  • My typical turnaround time is around two weeks. However, this can vary depending on the workload and circumstances that arise. To account for unexpected delays, my contract allows for up to 30 days. If you require a quicker turnaround time, I do offer next-day or three-day options for an additional fee.

  • During my photography sessions, I provide assistance with posing and offer facial guidance. I use diverse prompts and poses to capture both candid and posed photographs. You can expect a combination of natural and directed poses in your final photo selection, ensuring a well-rounded collection of images.

  • The process remains consistent across platforms. To schedule a session, you can use Facebook, my website, email, or text. Once I receive your inquiry, we'll arrange a tentative date and time. Then, you will receive a booking link to pay your retainer and sign contracts. Once completed, you can book your session at your convenience.

  • To ensure availability for a desired session, it is recommended to book at least one to two months in advance. Although last minute openings may occasionally arise, they are not always guaranteed. Planning ahead allows for the best chance of securing a spot and provides ample time to prepare for the session.

  • Your privacy is important to me. Before sharing any images, I require your explicit permission. In the booking link, you will find a model release form where you can select your preferences. Simply initial next to the option you want. Rest assured that any images you choose not to share will remain private.

  • Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made less than a week from event date and time will result in no refund (unless it is a true emergency such as life and limb). Any session cancelled more than a week from event date and time, any money paid will become a transferrable credit. Credit must be used within 8 months.

    Reschedule Policy: All Clients have ONE free reschedule with written notice at minimum of 24 hours' notice (unless it is a true emergency). Any reschedule after the complimentary reschedule, there will be a reschedule fee of $50 due at time of reschedule.
